wtb: rear axle wheel covers

This what your looking for or were they bigger?

iowa 80 has them any chrome shop really most metal ones our a little pain to put on depending on what wheels you have. something i learned the hard way. wheels have differnt center holes. if you have the bigger whole its easy. unbolt the wheels pull outside off slide in sleeve and put wheel back on and rebolt. if you have the smaller you may.....may need to have the center opened up. its like a 1/16 of an inch diffence in the centers but enough to make you throw them brand new center caps out the window....

yea its 2 peices the can part that covers the hub than a hub cover that goes on the can. they are great. all i am saying is you need to check your wheels. you may have to shave the rims center alittle. rims come with different center hub holes. the smaller one is to tight for the centers to slide through. the can design slides through the rim center. some have a small lip others have a full bolt pattern that goes in between the rims and dont ratle. best IMO.

here is they kind i like they go in between the two wheels. thats the center you have to watch

 

note the beauty ring according to my last ticker cant be on the inside/showing of the wheel. as you can not inspect the wheel for cracks....
