So recently i hit a patch of black ice and was terminated because the company said it was my fault. I am looking into dac fix or some kind of response to try to change it from preventable to non preventable. The roads were clear there wasn't even snow on the shoulder so i thought i was in the clear and as came around a corner i noticed a car had went off in the median so i came off the accelerator. But before i knew it i had already lost control and was in the median without any chance of correction. I have been trucking at nine years and i am finding that this can be quite the career ender. If anybody has any advice on dac fix if it is a good way to go or any advice in this manner it would be greatly appreciated. If you'd to discuss further please ask any questions you like and any advice will be taken and used to try and better my situation. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for any advice about using dac fix for this situation or if anyone would recommend or not recommend using their service for $189. As there really isnt an alternative and if going at it myself if anyone has any advice about it. Thanks for the posts but im kind of looking for people that know someone or have been through a similar scenario.

What are they going to fix? Driving too fast for conditions is completely preventable and totally on the driver.
It sounds like the same scams run by the "credit repair" companies that cannot really do anything to change the facts of the situation. -
That sounds 100 % correct hire right fixes dad reports for free first off. Second off you were driving way to fast it sounds like as soon as I notice it is below 32 degrees I slow down I'm in no rush to get to where I have to go. What is 10 dollars Off of your earnings for your day from going 65 to 55

Don't these dac fix companies investigate it first? How long does it normally take before it's off your record?
