If you've been to a real laundromat you would not consider the washers at Prime "large capacity." The only similarity is they are front loading.
You are asking for trouble if you stuff your sleeping bag in those washers at the terminal.
I drop mine of at the laundromat and they charge an extra dollar or two over the machine price to do it for me, and I come back a day or two later to pick it up. In a pinch Ive had the place out by the movie theatre in Springfield do it in a couple hours.
However, the dryers at the terminal are big enough for two loads from the washers.123456 Thanks this. -
If you read and follow the instructions, you are only supposed to fill the machine a little more than half way when viewing from thru the window.
Anything more and you risk putting the machine out of balance and getting a wash error, which means another .50 to start over. Or putting it out of service.
Trust me, I know. There is a very tempermental one in SLC and if the maint. guy isnt around to reset the machine with the key, you are left to unplug the machine, plug it back in, it will auto reset. Then remove some items, and pay another .50 and hope it doesnt happen again. -
OK, thought it was only me who had that problem with that machine. LOL

I think we have a candidate for sheriff of the laundry room!

Im thinking about going to Prime. I know they train you in the refer part, but once you are done training and they hire you, can u choose to go to flat bed or do you have to remain with the refer part?

You can start out in flatbed, if a flatbed driving instructor is available. In any case if you do your training on the reefer side, you can transfer to flatbed or tanker divisions later on.
Yup.
