I wish you all the best of luck. SRT constantly advertises for drivers which is usually not a good for employment. They advertise for a reason and none of them are good for the driver. Maybe your time there will be different.

Looks like I will not be going after all. Got a call today wanting me to do regional dedicated runs out of a walmart distribution center just 30 minutes away from me. Hoping It all works out since I have rescheduled twice with SRT they won't allow another.

We are heading to SRT to start orientation on the 13. Bonouses, twice a year and quarterly sound good to me. If we don't make the miles and are availiable for dispatch and not making excuses not to work or I need to go home everyweek for goldfish duty do we still get the bounes?
Spring Chicken Thanks this. -
I don't know about SRT, but from my experience with bonuses it's an all or nothing proposition. Either you meet the requirements and get the bonus or you don't. Even if you are available and take little to no home time and fail to meet the requirements, you're SOL.

Idle policy for SRT is 13-16$% in the winter months and around 50% in the summer..they are not too strict but it's better to stay within range. Buy a nice inverter and a fan for the summer, and you should be good
