i have the 510 and it does OK, i enter in my safety check stops, fuel stops, end of day stop every night. works out weel, and by having the multi stop trip it "helps" the gps follow roehls' super-awesome fuel/miles/and time saving routing. which we all know is always the safest 2 lane goat path available if it will save .8 miles LMAO
the only other must have electronic tool is a smaaaat phone. never wanted one, got one on my first hometime. unless Apple let their phones use google maps, go with an andriod. the satellite view is the best tool EVAR for drivers!
now that is just funny right there

Google maps now has a fully functional iPhone app, and apples maps have improved vastly. They're about the same to me now.

Google shows exit numbers and my iphone maps doesn't. At least on the 4s with iOS update it doesn't. I use both along with laminated atlas, garmin Dezl GPS. GPS is good for interchanges since it tells what lane to be in and good for upcoming streets that I need to make my turns. I never follow it route for route unless it follows exactly where I'm going.

For the best though, I will have to go with, a clear sky, and a sexton. Plus a wet finger held in the air.

You should see google maps on the samsung galaxy note 2. It even shows you a picture of the building and the roads. Love it. I use that and my tnd 720.

I'm using my RM 720, Samsung Tab2 7.0, (both were Christmas gifts) and motor carrier's atlas as a superbly cohesive route determining trio! Then I add Roehl's fuel & routing plan into the mix and I need to start all over...
"always the safest 2 lane goat path available if it will save .8 miles" jeepnut_nh, you're dead on the money! WTH is up with that?!?

For those who do like the Garmin, there is the Nuvi 465LMT that does have the restriction and truck stop database. Got mine a few months back on Amazon for about $250. It shows exit numbers for sure. Not sure how accurate the restriction database is as so far I have only used it in unrestricted mode in my four wheeler.

No that is reserved for fuel and routing.
