Currently am a Pre Trip Inspection Instructor at a local Community College where I live. Thought that it would be fun and a great alternative to OTR. Boy was I wrong. I just can't wrap my mind around running people through like cattle at a packing plant so just like everyone else I would like to get back in the saddle and try to remember why I love this industry so much. I have over 20 years accident free, clean mvr driving record(s). I live in east central Iowa and would be willing to go outside the state for a job, nothing but big companies that care more about the bottom line then the ones doing the actual work to accomplish that. Ideally I would like to work for an OO or small fleet owner, not interested in any of the super carriers. I have experience pulling every type of trailer but tanks ( don't have endorsement). I've hauled mobile homes up to 16x80, oversize on flatbed and step decks, cattle, hopper, piggies , and anything you can fit in a box or chain to a flatbed. Have owned own company with multiple trucks so if need be i'm able to deal with brokers, etc or dispatch myself ( per your guildlines on RPM and where it's going of course). Lots more that I could say but won't bore with the particulars on here. Please shoot me an email with a phone number or way to contact and i'll be sure to get back with you. I am currently still working at the school so it would be early afternoon central time before I can get back with you and ty in advance for any contacts. God Bless and have a great day !

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
