Counted the fuel stops...79 loads and i hit the qualcomm fuel stops 75 times...51 loads had one fuel stop sent to me on the qualcomm, 12 loads had two fuel stops, 16 Loads said no fuel required...that is 75/75. Every other time I fueled in addition to those, the truck was running out of fuel for 100+ miles with the fuel light flashing, needle on the letter E (past the red and past the last line). I contacted dispatch every single time and i only added 50 gallons. You can clearly see I did in fact hit way more than 85% of the fuel stops and the discrepancies (wherever they got 81%...perhaps they should retake second grade math) are a result of people in the office not doing their job...just like with the average weekly miles they gave me. They changed a couple for me but probably didn't update the system to reflect that.
In regards to the truck running out of fuel by fueling only at their qualcomm fuel stops, I reported that, too. I put the exact number of gallons the qualcomm said to add each time. ACT screwed up, won't admit it and doesn't care.
79 loads for less than 57K paid miles in 182 days (minus days taken off which was about 25 days) is about 157 days in the truck. It tells you how many days of my time they wasted in six months, too. Most of those days I sat and got paid nothing babysitting loads for one to two days each. 8.5 days of layover pay for six months, the rest was ZERO pay. I've sat for up to three days, multiple times without a load, too.
