    Prowler, awesome!

Stewge409, the % technically comes out to be between 71-72% factoring in 100% of fuel surcharge.

Not bad. Tuesday was orientation, Wednesday was trailer jockey around Houston, Thursday morning was the same then load to Dallas. Flat on trailer, and trailer needed inspection put me behind so I will unload Friday @ 6am in Dallas, reload for Houston drop then hopefully load back to Dallas for Sat. or Mon Delivery.

Stewge409, glad to hear it is going well so far. That Houston-Dallas van lane is a money maker. In my opinion, the regional stuff is Bee-Line's "bread and butter." If you keep moving and deliver on time each load, you will make money consistently, no doubt.

slickricky the company deductions for lease purchase driver include 3% of the gross payment for maintence truck when you can use that fund? and after maintence and terminal services you pay is 62% of the gross so in everage how much is you pay for mille include you empty miles based in you personal experience because all miles when move the truck cost to you pocket and this is the key for determinate if a lease purchase is a good option thank you in advance for th information

South man, the pay to the driver is actually about 71-72% (take into account you are getting 70% of line haul and 100% of fuel surcharge). This is before your expenses.

The maintenance fund can be used for all maintenance and repairs. I've never had a problem with taking money out of the fund for a PM or tire replacement, etc. I get a PM every month.

After all expenses (fuel, insurance, truck payment, maintenance, etc.) I take home $1000+ each week running over the road. Once I purchase the truck, I'll be able to take home $1500-$2000 each week after all expenses. That's pretty darn good in my opinion.

Keep in mind that I'm running most of the time. I'm not taking time off and I only go home 3-4 days per month for one or two 34-restarts in Houston.

TERMINAL FEE SERVICE IS 5% OF THE GROSS AND 3% OF THE GROSS IS FOR MAINTENCE FUND
So contract payment is 70% of the gross payment after 8% deductions you pay is only 62% plus fuel surchatge but fuel surcharge
no is part of the gross payment:biggrin_25510: and you need deduction insurance pay truck payment about 375.00 for week plates fuel tax truck wash etc. (Terminal fee include trailer rental fee and cargo insurance but you need pay for bob tail and workers compensation)
