    Did you apply for employment with CRST from December 1, 2006 to July 31, 2012? If so, check out CRSTCLASSACTION.COM to see about the suit. There is a settlement and the deadline to file a claim is February 6, 2013.

    Be cautious with class action lawsuits. There have been cases where the settlement awarded was so little, the plaintiffs ended up oweing money to the lawyers.

    Never sued anyone in my life but my experience with CRST was bad enuf that anything would be satisfying.

    i got a random envelope in the mail against watkins shepard and apparently im eligible to receive compensation against them cause i applied there months ago
