Both are a joke i saw a western express do 3 pull ups for a straight back today, he'll be hauling os/od here soon.

 

There was a guy from Western with a 3 axle RGN that delivered at Red River when I was there dropping a truck off.
First off he parks so close to me that I cant reattach, then hasen't a clue how to break the trailer down.
Noticed all the 5/16" chain and about lost it laughing, so couldn't get mad. 5/16" chain when pulling a 3 axle? Wow...
Granted I sold all my 1/2" when I sold the 4 axle KW I had 2 trucks before this one, but even I draw the line at 3/8" American made stuff with a 7400lb rating on it.

I know Western Express been pulling those excavators when they brought out SMX. Haven't seen Western Express pull them in a while tho. Don't worry, they will be pulling those loads at 32 CPM.

 

I saw a SNI flatbed in south Carolina a few weeks ago had a load of shingles with every strap flopping in the breeze.

 

Home Depot accounts. JB, Werner and CRE are all doing them now.
