I use Streets & Trips together with the Truck Stops Plus add-on. I also use Google Earth, which is a free download. I simply synchronize my company fuel routing, which is a legal truck route, in Streets & Trips. The Truck Stops Plus add-on gives me all the fuel stops plus much, much more. While I use Google Earth to locate the truck entranceways of my shippers and receivers. Once located, I pushpin the driver entranceways in Google Earth and then copy the GPS coordinates into Streets & Trips from the pushpin properties. That way Streets & Trips provides turn-by-turn directions directly into my shippers and receivers truck entranceways. All of this cost a small fraction of what the Rand costs. Oh, by the way, I also save all my company terminals, drop lots, shippers, and receivers as I go. So the job gets progressively easier and easier all the time.

i used it once. and we have a driver that's using it. it sure likes to add miles to your trip. and if your in certain towns. it tries to take you in places you have no business being in. and then it can't find it's way out.

i found google nav to be more reliable and much faster on my trips.
