No doubt someone will 'photoshop' that one.

Personally, I'm a bit disapointed with that load. You still had room for a Harley or a SmartCar behind the cab.

Seriously thoo .... the Aussie's that haul car haul road trains have removable bike brackets that they can chain or strap into possition between units on partial decks.

I had a rear upper line blow a few years ago as I was lowing the back deck on a Cottrell Fast Loader. F-150 on top and Focus on the bottom. I ran and got a pin in the post just in time. 2 more inches and I'd have owned the roof. Usually that kind of failure would result in one side of the deck skewing down and sideways and the deck binding and stopping on the posts. Can't say what can happen with equalizing valves failing.

At the end of the day, don't forget that any mod you perform, even out of warranty, you are doing to a pre-engineered product, thus mod'ing it in such a way not designed by the manufacturer may open up entire new roads of liability to you and your insurance company if something goes horribly wrong on the road. Having said that, I myself have had shops over the years add longer flip ramps here, and extensions there, etc etc. I'm a company driver now for a large fleet, and to the best of my knowledge, our company no longer authorizes mods aside from the usual crack welding etc etc. Just my opinion.

A blown hose can cause both cylinders to drop, just like the rear of the decks, where 1 valve tees off to both cylinders. With flow dividers on the fronts, it can happen in front too now. They do slow the drop down some when the fluid goes through them. If a it blows between the cylinder and flow divider, they drop just as fast.

We haven't had any issues with the flow dividers themselves.

If you have an empty deck, you're loosing money. If you remove a deck, you'll never get the money back.
