Denied CDL-A for 36 months because of suspension

That is what I told them but they said that I still cannot get them and gave me a denial letter that says I cannot appeal it unless of an error. So I am going to get a lawyer and see if the suspension falls into that category.. I will update with with what if find m thanks again

 

One of then was for emergency and thesecond was failure to comply with judgment, both aer suspensions that do not disqualify for cdl,

First was for the medical second was for NCJ ... where did you see that the first wad not medical?

EDIT: both suspensions do not disqualify according to Michigan CDL manual

The mandatory was for the medical abs second for fees,I am not dodging our changing stories,I am stressed and tired, the suspension wad not entered as medical it wes entered as 30 day suspension and the other was non compliance with judgement fee which added another 30 days...
