I just came through trainer foundations this past week. It is true that Flatbed trainees will be assigned a fleet manager when they launch with their trainer. The trainer and the the trainee fleet manager will be talking every 2 days as to where the student is as far as skill and abilities. I just came back to Roehl after 4 months off for personal reasons but the training program for flatbed has been revamped. From my experience Roehl is all about students succeeding not failing. If any student is appling them selves and working hard toward success then we will do what we can to help them succeed.

hopefully going out with my trainer tomorrow.. might have to drive 150 miles to oak creek, hopefully the trainer will get a load up to the Appleton terminal. but I'm looking forward to it. Anyone who looks on here and is thinking about attending RDTC I highly recommend it, great instructors you really learn a lot, and you might get a job out of it
Bigdubber Thanks this. -
Dont know where you are starting from but you may be able to meet up with a driver in Gary that is headed that way to give you a ride up to Oak Creek. Check with the office staff there in Gary.
