Here you go. 13 speed is .73 final ratio I believe.

hey thanks thats a neat deal, so going by that 4:11 or 4:33 yikes i guess its common to swap out gears from one 3rd member to another ?

What is the model of the transmission?
If it is a 13 speed direct then 3.36 ratio at 1800 RPM = 67.5 MPH -
i guess i need to get the numbers off the tag on the tranny to know exactly, that would tell right
-
You need to be sure of the trans model number or list a year for your truck, and are you running stand up 24.5 or LP. I just figured it up, and if you have a regular RTO series transmission with a .87 over drive you could have 3.70s and still be turning that rpm if your running LP 24.5.

the truck is 1990 and the tires are not lp, tomorrow ill get the tag number.
-
Most likely it is a RT/RTO14613. I think you probably have a RTO and someone has put 3.70s in it.

ahhh the days of counting teeth on the ring gear and dividing them by the number of teeth on the pinion to figure out what gears are in a truck that's 20 years old and has changed hands times than the $10 hooker on the corner in vegas. Good luck driver.

ok tranny tag says rto14613
