You're best bet would be just to let it go and stop with the conspiracy theory "They're with the company" You're only going to keep the #### storm brewing. You made your point and post. you're opinion has been heard. you don't have to justify anything to anonymous people over the internet.

If you read her post first she said they better do something or she has other actions to take then she said some Texas court of some sort is bringing charges she is all over the place can't keep her story straight . that's how it goes when it is all BS

I do have some questions for you on this issue. I don't have a dog in this hunt but I will make some observations. First you stated that he was talking to other drivers about you. I'm just wondering was this a conversation with the drivers or did he just blurt it out with no response? I'm asking because you seem to be hammering just him. What about the drivers he was talking to? I am willing to bet that these drivers were in on the conversation also. I just don't see a person in an authority position just blurting this out to employees without some input from the other parties. This also seems to be a he said she said instance with no proof what was actually said by whom. I don't see to much coming from this unless he admits it. From what I see there was never any derogatory remarks made to you personally and he didnt do anything sexually to you. All that has happened is another driver "said" he said something. Knowing how some males work maybe the driver wants to be with you or whatever and is trying to gain your trust by saying these things when there is no telling what the driver said themselves. I'm just saying a group of guys talking about a woman in the manner you are portraying it to be I doubt he was the only one running his mouth.

Another observation I see is you seem to be very defensive for some reason I really don't know why. If it is the truth who cares what joe blow trucker thinks. If it is the truth there is no reason to get all worked up over anything anyone says about it. I really don't understand why you would post something bad about the company when it seems to be just one person in the company. I'm pretty sure that if an investigation gets done and he is found guilty the company will take action. Remember we are all innocent until proven guilty. It's not the other way around. I know I won't fire someone over a he said she said thing until proof is offered.
