I work in QA and cannot do any process of any RMA. This is done strictly by Customer Support. They do have a "chat" line, and you may find it easier to get the RMA resolved faster.
Normally I do not mind drivers calling me, but today I am swamped with writing procedures and fluffing test units for testers that have to go out on Monday.
If the above does not work, then also let CS know you tried the 12/3 hr trick.

docks not working here either, says no internet connection .. i'm trying to do d/r right now for an error window that popped up 15 minutes ago. no error code, file or reason given other than - encountered a serious error must be shut down - I don't have the time to keep messin with it at the moment.. I'l try later I guess.. I know the route I'm currently on anyway but why oh why..

I show online at my end. It might be an internet thing in your area that the router has to get to the Rand Router.

OK for some reason my T5C quit finding weigh stations and parking after I ran the "Diagnostics & Repair" from the Dock. I have all the latest software, any idea why?
Also, can I load custom POI's onto a T5C or just the newer ones? -
What weigh station did it not show you?
Can you clarify what you mean by not finding them? As in warnings?

When searching for weigh stations/parking along my route it couldn't find any along I-80 in WY in either east or west bound routes. I still running map version: 04100203081Mark Kling Thanks this. -
