from the jp drivers i have chatted with they are a good outfit....only complaint i have heard was governed below 65 mph....but the trucks are spec'd very well

im an o/o leased on to a flatbed outfit just down the road from jp's main terminal

11k a month is about the norm....but with a reefer you get to do alot of sitting waiting to load/unload and checking the product and playin with the reefer

the avatar is me riding a few years back....goin for 8...but now i either dont have the cash to donate at a rodeo or no time to hit them....thinking about gettin in on a couple winter series we have goin on right now....but then i have to get some of my gear back from a couple rodeo buddies that needed to borrow it for a bit ( my vest and halter/buck rien)...that reminds me i need to get my extra saddle, chaps and buck rien from anouther buddy...man i got gear spread out all over...lol

i cant watch a rodeo in person anymore....if im not entered theres no point in goin...ill just drive myself nuts tryin to find a way to get on something...but i can watch bronc ridin on a movie with no problems

Not right now, I am new, started at 64 yrs old, will go back out in march, used to live in Missoula when Jim Palmer started, as far as I know still a good Co, if they don't have a refer load, they will haul anything they can get inside.

    cpm.....cents per mile...i.e.your wage

i dont hear any real complaints when i talk to thier drivers, except that swift can pass em on flat ground

i did hear they have a tough driving skills test though

  8. YOUNG and don't U forget it!

Lots of Refer's for JP, I think?

  9. Thanks Broncrider.
My neighbor has a Swift Truck in his yard.
It is in his yard , a lot, he has not been driving much the last 3 weeks. I think he is able to stay close to his home and he must be getting by financially by a thread.
    hmmmmmm?
