Welcome back!!! Sure beats working FedEx, and a RAISE!!! I am going down tuesday to 150 to fill out some last paper work for the transfer! All my friends are wondering why im transfering but when i told them how much i could make ( SKinny and I have speak quite often off here, he told me what hes made, ill allow him to post if he chooses) and all their jaws dropped and want me to get them a job LOL.

Well like I said, I would stay with the company if i got the transfer, and I did so hence im gonna stick it out longer. We have to do 6 on then 2 or 3 off i forgot.

Squonk Ill be looking for you out there in Harrisburg, Buffalo and in Ohio

ACH, Are you gonna be running teams?

You're right that it beats FedEx! Back to the east life. They had a 2 cent raise lately and let me have it, so I'm way happy about it!

ok I spoke to the steward today, he told me all the papers have been handed to the right people, all i have to do is sign the rest and Im good to go. He told me its only a matter of days before Im ready to go. In the meantime I will go and dig out my old CB radio, and get a cooler for food and update my Ipod. Ill also get a nice blue tooth as well

Glad you got called back cool35. I ran into one of your guys last night in Little America, WY. He was outta Denver and did a Salt Lake lay down bid. Seemed pretty happy. He was laid off in the city and bumped onto the road a few months ago. I don't get many opportunities to talk to Reddaway drivers. They don't like us for some reason. He was a cool guy though. Last year I made just under 90,000. Make no mistake about it I worked my ### off to make that. I plan to work like that for 1-2 more years because I'm saving up for a house in Chicago. In a year or two I will have enough seniority to hold a descent bid to Akron, OH and that's fine with me. Home every other day and off one day a week sounds real nice to me these days. Lol.

the more tips the better!! I believe we do 6 on 2 off and sometimes 3 off at 123 depending on how busy it is. I might as well make all the money i can so i can get my own place. I would like a dog as well but I dont think as of right now id be able to take care of it and i higly doubt YRC and the hotels allow dogs
