USX drivers...how's your day??

That is totally unacceptable even for this time of the year. We aren't killing it right now, but we are still getting at least two 2000+ mile loads per week.

I don't know who you guys need to get in touch with to fix this, but I would be finding out what the problem is asap.

I have talked to solos that are only getting 1200 miles and that too is unacceptable. If that's all the miles they can get drivers, its time to slow down the hiring until freight picks up.

On Monday morning during business hours in Chattanooga (this is very important) copy and post your exact post above on the USX Drivers Facebook page. Do it Monday morning and include your truck number. Someone in management WILL call you to figure out what is happening. They do not monitor the page on weekends so it would not be seen if you do it now.

 

I thought I should have said that after I made my post. That seems to be a pretty good way to get a response out of the company. Even though I have seen them answering questions on the facebook on Saturday, waiting until Monday is best.

Hey Jeremy, we are doing great. Probably going to be stuck in Saint Louis after we drop our load tonight but we have friends there so kinda hoping that happens. We have been staying South the last week or so and I started getting used to shorts again....until today. We are taking next weekend off in Chattanooga to hang with family. Would love to meet up sometime. If you are ever heading to Laredo check with me. We are usually there a couple times a week.

 

That would be great but Laredo is kind of rumor to us, nine months with the company and we've never been there yet. The only part of Texas we get to see is Amarillo, seems all we do is run east/west on I-40. Its not too bad but I just wish they could get us reloaded in one day and turn us around, it always seems to stretch to 2+. We got 34 hour resets every week before our last hometime even though we didn't need them. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Thinking about checking into other options to see if we can sit a little less and get our miles up a little. I need a couple extra days off next month so we are at least sticking this out through March.

Yes! Not working on either of our phones or ipad

 

Usually when apps quit working an update is about to come out. Hopefully this update will have some sweet new features
