Swift Intermodal Information in Phoenix

Im Wondering if anybody has information on Swift intermodal (Sea Container) transporting from Phoenix to Los Angelas.. im looking on moving to phoenix and im looking for a driving job to where i can be home every other day and im trying to look for info on this but its not available on there website.. so i guess im wondering is can i just apply for the intermodal position or do i have to work my way up from the company. Also i was wondering what the pay scale was for that position? Any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you..
