I have two sets of wires and one set of chains.

I can either set my cruise at 59 or 61. no in between. 5 of the 6 trucks I've driven were this way. The odd one was a former team truck, it went 65 on cruise. The qcom logs how much of a percentage is spent using cruise. This plays into how they calculate for bonus.

 

I had my lowest over speed of .20% yesterday after driving 6 hours. Was driving most of the time 65mph as Im a team driver. Before I used to get up to 20% over speed for the day. The weird thing is I'm being penalized for a preventable accident that happened in October and not getting any wgt value in the bonus or performance. Is this an error or does a preventable stay on for a full year?

 

You probably need to change the dates that it is searching to just this quarter. Everytime you log on, it automatically goes from your last anniversary date to current date.

 

Freight is apparently "slow" up here in the Northeast (New Hampshire)... Got my live load for 16:00 pulled , and am now waiting for SOMETHING to replace...

I knew that about anything over 60 with your foot on the pedal. What I was told was that even if you are on cruise at 60.1, then you are overspeed. That's new to me. I consider myself to have average intelligence, so if the bonus parameters are way to complicated for me, I'd say they are probably too complicated for at least 50% of the drivers. I always get my bonus, but now I don't see that happening and I'm not even going to try. Actually that takes a lot of pressure off me. I'll be able to fuel when and where I like. I'll be able to take the safest routes instead of the shortest ones. And I'll be able to overspeed as much as I want when the speed limit allows.

 

I just hope they don't try to fire you over doing "overspeed". Its getting crazy out here.

try this first. do it right for a bit. regularly check your scorecard on crossroads. I do work a dedicated account but I try to get home daily. Had a full 600 mile paid run that I delivered and got home on. full pedal the whole way. In less than a weekand a half I am now back down to 5% or less with a full month and a week to go.

just be sure to select the current quarter only to measure through the date tab.

This is not only for bonus either., Going forward this also plays into performance raises. only way to get them.
