Look on the passenger side door on the very bottom, or just read the engine itself. It has a small tag on it. You'll have to really get in the engine bay.

Is that true? Wow....what do they say about "rats on a sinking ship"? (though I doubt SNI will sink anytime soon.)

Lol that's what one of the intermodal drivers told me. He said several years ago sni and jb hunt were about the same number at the ramps. Now next time you see a intermodal train go by, count how many orange you see to white lol that's what he told me.

Veddy interesting. Well, I think Mark Rogers was a good guy, and the last one left in GB that could even remotely be considered to be a "driver's guy". I know I e-mailed him twice regarding different issues, and got a courteous reply each time. I really feel like he was looking to get out, and the Interstate job was just too good to pass up.

Goodness knows the head honcho there now is nowhere near a driver's guy.

Hey all got an "issue" is like to see addressed... Running this winter in my "new" 12 Cascadia, I'm using my windshield washer.... (Of course!)...

Well, the drivers side mirror is getting a TON of overspray; enough that it becomes difficult to see anyone beside me....

    Comments/Suggestions?

Passenger side gets no where near the same amount of filth.....

I drive a '10 Cascadia here at Crete...same problem. I try to just give short bursts of washer to minimize the spray on that mirror, but it's difficult. Come to think of it, the Centurys were not really that much better.

Hoping someone has a solution to this issue....bugs me too!

There like that. Like other post just use Short burst what till arm is at end of travel then on down ward swipe give it a squeeze. Or just stop works

Part of the problem is the brine that states are now using for maintaining the road surfaces during bad weather. Then, if you have your heated mirrors activated, it just makes it worse.

    Ain't modern technology wunnerful?!?!?:biggrin_25523:

The fix would be to mount the sprayer in a stationary position - like on most four wheelers. With the spraryer on the wiper arm when the arm reaches the apex of travel the spray is being aimed out into the trucks slipstream. The mirror acts like a rock in a river as the air/water mixture passes by. An eddy forms and the fluid gets pasted onto the mirror.

I tend not to use the wiper fluid over 30 mph. If the windshield gets bad I just stop and clean it. Typically when I'm in weather like we're having in the midwest by the time the windshield is dirty enough to require cleaning my wiper blades are iced up anyway.

I would gladly sell my first born child for someone to come up with a solution for that.
