Saw this yesterday M arten T ransport

I to think there is a another side to the whole story.
I used to be one of the biggest cheerleaders there, till good loads started going on the rail, and we were put on forced periderm, and lost the guaranteed home time pay.
But with the guy from knight now running it, little things like the story are happening more and more.
I wonder if they told him over the phone or is it on QUALCOMM. Im thinking if its on Qualcomm , he mite have a leg to stand on.

First off, it ain't their truck, they sure as hell don't hold the note on it, second off, they can't fire him, slaves have to be sold, and third, there are rights given to employees. I kinda wonder if Martin gave him his final paycheck before they voted him off the island, otherwise, they gonna be in a world of hurt.

I work for Marten now and LOVE it and I can tell you right now something is VERY VERY wrong with this.

if it was said over the phone, it's his word vs. their word. No witness no way to prove what was said unless the whole thing was recorded.
Qualcomm records can be printed out , once the court asks to see them.
Many times Marten would call me on the phone, telling me to get moving, and when I said that I was in my 10 hr required break, the voice on the other end said I don't care, get moving.
When I called his supervisor to complain, he said so sorry Charlie, there is no proof you were ever told to get moving.

So there are people on here that think Marten just called up the police and told them their truck was stolen out of spite, because he quit? Yea they are going to file a false police report to do that. Not

Hear is what happened. Driver made a boned headed move by telling them a long way from home that he quit. The spite thing was Marten telling him to take the truck to a location other then the one where his car was and making him find his own way home. Thats the part the driver left out of the story. Also the driver was arraigned and bail set so their was some evidence a crime may of been committed.

The driver gets in a pissing match with the company because they won't expedite his behind home and driver decides to use their equipment to get himself home until the good state of KY foils his dastardly scheme and puts him in the poky for the weekend. And now he wants to sue them? Have fun with that

I'd say this driver is dumber then a rock, but that would be insulting rocks.
