Honest question: Why only give the newbies OTR, O/O info? (not trying to get flamed)

Well I apologize then, that was the way it sounded. I guess it was a good thing that I spent the last 10 years with Buster Brown and my pension will come from them also. I would still be there if I liked night work and didn't save well over the last 25 years. Thank goodness for Dave Ramsey and financial freedom.

 

I think many local companies train. Just not TO DRIVE. As for LTL being the place to look... that's dumb. There are tons of local work that aren't LTL.. and they are NOT well represented here. I guess the reason being... people doing those things don't come here. Most of who come here are OTR drivers.
