    Hello,

Has anyone had phone interview with SNI lately? Just curious what to expect. Hopefully just a formality.

its a formality, they go over your application and just general questions about why you want to drive. no biggie

Just had mine on Friday. It was nothing. It was barely an interview. Just confirmed some information with me and went through some technicalities.

ey man i got a phone interview with Kim on Sunday too thourgh schinder, I was wondring what can i expect, What kind of qustions is she gonna ask, Im a little worried because I didnt tell the truth on how long i was at a recent job. I said i was there for 10 months when i was only there for 6. Is this interview more a formaillty because people who get this far are going to get the job anyways?? Any information would help me. Thank you so much and i hope to be working with you soon.

Why did you not tell the employer how long you was there? Not answering questions on an app is one thing but lieing is another. You don't wanna lie.

Better hope they don't call that employer. If they find out you're lying you're done. Shame shame.

Pretty much as they've said. Lying on an app is pretty much a sure way to make sure you don't get hired.

Now if it was something as simple as you forgot the dates and put down what you thought was right and now you remembered something different, that can be corrected. When they call just let them know you put down the wrong dates on the app on accident and get it fixed. This kind of stuff happens a lot.

If you lied to cover something up, then you have a whole extra set of problems. What could be so bad you feel the need to lie about it to get another job?

guessing he needs to explain the gap in employment.

Be prepared to answer that question for about ten years if you stay in this industry.
