I've only dealt with a few of their O/O's. They were happy and had been there a very long time. 1 was a guy who had his own truck outright, 3 others were on the lease/purchase program.

One of those LP's then bought a KW on his own but stayed with WEL. All of them were generally happy and had good things to say about it. Haven't talked to them in 4.5 years or so.

It's pulling a wagon - like about every other trucking job, that's not going to change too much.

Thanks Home Brew, I'm making the jump from local to the road and trying to make sure the company I go with is one that I can stay with for awhile.

if you are luck and get one of the newer trucks aren't bad but they have to many trucks and not enough people to service them they only do pm every 30,000 miles.

where did you run? and how many miles a week did you get?? they just called me again and I asked them about the lack of miles, They told me guys are getting 2000-2500 p/wk. I know they will tell you anything you want to hear so, I take it with a grain of salt. It would be nice to know some truth before I commit to anything.
