    Times-2, Call the LABOR BOARD first thing in the morning. You WILL get your money but not right away. If it was me, I would take the tires, rims anything of value and go dump the truck somewhere. And when he comes tell him you had left it outside the gate cause he said he was gonna pick it up, and your NOT responsible for it any longer.

    next question - know a good company to work for that is hiring for long haul??? I think the farther I am from my wife right now the safer I am...lol

    I would not do that don't lower your self to his level . If he pays you then he can't leave .If he calls the cops they say give him his truck and then truck won't start idk it won't look good and now it could lead to more problems .

    I was nice for the past 2 1/2 months - I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he said he'd make things right - now, when my home is threatened, he can't man up and pay what he owes, or at least enough to keep me from losing my house? My kind heart goes a bit cold at that point.

    It kills me that it might go bad too...but I'm hoping for the best while preparing for the worst.

    He knows I have 20 ft jumper cables...if he pays I'll jump it, if he doesn't - he will have to figure it out on his own....
