DUIs in personal vehicle lead to trucker losing CDL for life

    i had to jump, dance and sing to renew my license and when i relocated to a new state, i even had to chop off my right arm

    it wasnt easy

    hmmm i went in a few wks ago and NM transfered everything INCLUDING my haz mat from my TX CDL...all i did was take a vision test and show them my medical card....and hand over $34. .....have HM, doubles, triples and tanker

    He had more than "2 drinks" if he blew .10. unless they were 32 Oz beers, double shots or he weighs 120 lbs.

    Those are just written test endorsements. Since you already had your license and it was not suspended or anything, they would just transfer it. As far as the hazmat, they transferred that because it was not expired and you had already cleared the background check and fingerprinting yada yada. Have no fear tho, once that (HM) expires, you'll be dishing out some coins to get it renewed. :)

    You must have renewed your HM less than 1 year ago. Hubby transferred license to TN & we had to temporarily drop HM because it was renewed 13months before. We were told that if over 1 year, prints, background, etc have to be redone.

    have no fear...no i wont....LOL...dont plan on using it anymore...WONT be back OTR..and dont need it haulin dirt...but yeah if i did i am sure i would....

    Giggles I said the same thing and look at me 11 months running Local heavy haul and Next Monday the OTR boogie man gets my soul back...
