Starting pay is not .30. That changed last summer. Starting pay is .33, .36 after 3 months, and .40 after a year. Plus stop pays and detention.

I average 2500-3000 miles weekly. Wel is a decent company, but the ne regional sucks.
-
I live in ne, why does this region stink bad?, is it because of the tight areas to back into? or just being in and around the ny area. Cant blame you there.
-
Im glade your making money because i sure wasn't.

You'll be running out of Allentown, pa and the pay, if u have exp is .42/mi. You will get stop pay not counting first and last drop, det after one hour, and if you unload you'll make more here and there. Because of elogs, you will need to conserve hours and that's why I do it.
With the ne regional, you can't look at miles so much as the paycheck itself. Faster you get loads done, the quicker they'll get you loaded up again. Some guys get tired of the same rec over and over again, but its not too bad. Ul say pu a lded trl n have ur first drop n go from there.
I could run regional, but I kinda like Otr. -
I know the regional can suck, did it got down when they switched the dm's for you?

Are your miles still 2500 - 3000 jwb1485? I've been accepted to orientation and have years experience. Thats why I'm skeptic. I'm getting 2400 & up, in a beautiful 13 Pete; that I will never have a gamble to own, never get home on time...ever...., and will never to able to have a dog with me. So I'm really looking @ WEL.

Allentown sucks. They rarely ever have the loads ready on time, sometime 7-10 hours late. And some of the people are not very personable. But thats my experiance. Most loads I pulled out of there are either short or over and sometimes the paper work can keep you up against a recievers dock for hours. Trucks are good and well maintained. The main office is very friendly and helpful. I liked working for them but wasnt getting any miles and was always sitting in Allentown. Good luck.

Thanks for responding. I was excited to have been accepted into Wel. But the spoiler is the common rain of the no miles and multiple loads on one trailer taking three days to cover 400 miles.
