04 9200i C15 auto trani problem

ZF meritor freedom line auto trani. In 9th gear the trucks bogs out slightly and the code "SM" comes on, I have to shift manually from this point on. If I stop, turn off the truck and start it after 10-15 seconds it will shift fine again. Some days it happens 2-3 times and some days it doesn't happen. Any ideas what it can be and what does "SM" mean? Also would anyone know what the code "CH" mean? Thanks in advance!

 

After some research I now know what the codes mean. SM is a system malfunction and it only happens in 9th gear/loaded and unloaded.
