really I do not like cascadia. This system with cab and chassis SAM is not good for DIYers wring repare on road. It is not easy to fix it w/o dealer support. So I'd look for Columbia.
Pete is a good truck, but all Paccar trucks (in Europe too) are more expencive.
New DAF 105 engine used in Pete is not so good. SMART injection system by Deliphi is too complicated for mechanics. Hight pressure lines are single use. Previous Paccar engine (UPEC) was much better but cant meet new Euro and EPA emissions.
So I'd choose Cummins HPI (not XPI) ore pre SCR/DEF engine, and better pre DPF
the better truck?
