We do. Getting heavier into expedite. But I liked how LS was set-up and took the best that would fit into a small carrier. I credit the fact that we copied the LS model of not trying to force drivers into when to drive as one of our reasons for such rapid growth and driver satisfaction.

 

good luck proving that i run legal. cuz after that first shift for the week. it's not happening.

landstar is ok if your truck is paid for but i have been here for almost 2yrs most of the agents only put freight here that is hard for them to get off of anywhere else and yes they do double broker and triple broker freight from other brokers they do have a lot of loads but most dont pay and dont forget that u are competing with a numerous amount of bco's,outside carriers,and some cutthroat agents,landstar is very big on safety and compliance,i have had some of the best paying loads since i have been trucking while here but its not consistent so i rather trade that for consistent pay over a load u only see every month but it truly is what u make of it they are not all bad but they are not all that what they claim to be.
