I believed that living 20 miles from this Petro that I could relate to them as a local customer. I took my tractor in for the (Works) oil change. I believed that they would take care of it because I was a local customer. I drove away and 483 miles later I pulled the dip stick to find out that they only changed the filters. The old oil was never changed. I'm waiting on reply from Petro Corp. headquarters.Goes to prove a point; You can't trust anyone. My mistake.

I could never tell the oil was changed in my TDI, even when I personally changed it. Got dirty within 5 feet of driving, lol.

There's a good 1/2 gallon that sticks to metal parts even after you drain it. Then you have all that gunk in the pan. It doesn't stay pretty long. Check it before you leave the shop. I've always watched people work on my truck. Forrest Gump mechanics are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get! :)

Exactly how did you determine that only the filters had been changed?
