I will be starting at this company soon and woul like to hear some UP TO DATE info. I am a new driver and this will be my 1st company. I need to know about orientation, miles per week, freight lanes, equipment, etc. I need info from recent drivers and not people that worked there 10 years ago. Lol. Thanks

I have heard many good factual things bout p.t.l and they been in business over 70 years abd all trucks have apu air ride trailers and built in navigo gps almost all trucks are ten speed freightliner cascadia columbias or international prostars. My name is dustin and I hope to see u there I believe we have picked a good company...

Yea I believe it's gonna be ok.. I was just reading another post on here where a guy had to go to phase 2 training and was only averaging 2500 miles a week TEAMING at .15 cpm.. That will take about 4 months to complete and that's crazy!! At least u won't have to deal with this if this is true but I will.. It's kinda making me nervous.. My name is savalas by the way..

im not going to lie to you training is hard I trained the first week just me driving and then had to do 5 weeks team with my trainer and then went solo. My trainer was a good guy but its hard being with a stranger for over a month or however long but keep your head up its going to test your toughness for the first month at least but stay strong

My training pay was 275.00 no matter the miles or what so dont feel too bad they ran my butt off doing teams I mean 3, 000 miles every week 6k total each week maybe a 5500 mile week once and I still made 275 $ for 3k miles my trainer got paid for both our miles 6, 000 miles at .36 cpm he was banking money lol he always bought my food tho
he was a good guy and gave it to me straight on the industry
