if it is like the 2013 that I drive you have to set it with control on steering wheel. Scroll down to time and display you will have to set it with control buttons.

I have 2007 and you do it as follows.
On the wiper arm(right side of steering column) push the ESC or Enter button. The display should change to a list:
Gauges
Fuel...
Time/Distance
and more
Toggle down to Time/Distance using the switch on the end of the wiper arm then press enter.
The display should now show the time and date. Press Enter until the highlight moves to the number you want to change.
Use the toggle switch at the end of the arm to increase or decrease the number, then hit enter to move to the next number.
Keep pressing enter until you have gone all the way through that screen.
Press the ESC button to exit back to the main screen. -

I've noticed after about a week the Volvo clock is about a minute slow from my cellphone and gps clocks. Its beem consistent in every Volvo I've driven. Wierd, lol.

Yeah, all mine have been the same as well. They lose time.
