    Boy, isn't that the truth.
    It's the same problem no matter where you travel.
    Motorists can't seem to get the idea that THEY are causing the congestion, or backup problem, with their "I'm more important than you" attitude. They ARE aware of the lane closure, but want to get to the front of everyone else...try to block everyone else (of less importance) from getting through the traffic mess first.

    I always wonder where the Law is? What about vehicles impeding the flow of traffic law?
    Does this situation not pertain to that law?
    When 100+ vehicles in the right lane have to stop to allow another vehicle to "cut in," isn't that impeding traffic flow?

    I heard somewhere, that for every 5 minutes of a traffic Jam, it takes 45 minutes to untangle it.
