Idk anything about us exp but I would avoid swift from what I herd. I started at Roehl and really liked it, got good training.

They are all the same company just pick one and pull the trigger all you can hope for is a good dispatcher that is what is going to make your experience or break it

I started with ROEHL as well and IMO they are far superior. It might take you a little longer to start making decent money but they are not gonna just throw you to the wolves until they know you can do the job and when it comes to safety they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk.

From what all I have read on this and other forums I would lean toward Roehl. But that's not my experience just what I have collected from what I've read.

I've driven for Swift, no! Seen and heard enough about Useless to say no. So, by process of elimination I would choose Roehl.

I am going yo be the odd man out here. We have quite a few drivers at the company I work for that were trained by Swift and they seem to be good drivers, and talk well of Swift. I have not gone to school at all so I do not have a preference, nor have I worked for swift, Englend, Usx, Roehl or the likes.Just what I have observed most whom talk bad about swift did not work for them and a lot were turned down by them. SO take advise for whats its worth. Good luck with your choice.

I'd do roehl first. Swift as a backup.

I guess it depends on your own wants and needs. You have to look at where you live compared to where they hire, and how close the nearest terminal is to you. Do you want the open road or a consistent route? Talk to driver at those companies and see what hey say. Which ones are happy?
which ones are just telling you what you want to hear so you join them in misery?
