    My heart go s out to this family..i feel so sad to read about this accident and this cement driver is extremely distraught for his actons.?.give me a break..they ALL say that at the end..i say give him the max. in court and bring justice..

    I agree. He should be "stuck" in jail. Infact, I say he shouldn't be let out on bail period. If he was infact drinking and killed this entire family, I really could care less if he is the bread winner for his family. He should have thought about everything beforehand.

    Cruzin,,,,,,,,, I Agree But Nowhere That I Read Does It Say That He Was Drinking. To Drag A Car That Far After A Wreck He Might Have Had Mechanical Trouble , Stuck Throttle No Brakes What Ever. But If They Do Find That He Was Drinking, You Bet, Throw The Book At Him.

    JUST READ ANOTHER PIECE THAT SAYS THE DRIVER REFUSED TO TAKE A BREATHALIZER, SO I SAY HANG HIM HE MUST HAVE BEEN DRINKING :msad:

    Yes, we have enough drunk 4 wheelers to deal with....we surely don't need any drunk truckdrivers on the road.
