    My thoughts exactly. I want to whip out a lecture involving the use of the Smith System of driving everytime I hear something like this.

    I think that they should change the law, so that in order to obtain, or to even keep your license.... or even to merely drive in this country, that everyone should have to get trained with the Smith System. It would make such a tremendous difference, but such a law makes too much sense.

    but not only do they have to learn the smith system but they have to use it also.
