Doyne, glad you made it to the truck and are out again. Glad to see you can also post here too. Probably will take a bit to get used to it again but it'll come back quickly i would think. Can't wait to get going again myself -- going nuts here at the house waiting !.

 

Understand about the little screen. 12 trainers and probably a bunch of recruites since it's a quality company. I left my job after 7 years last week after giving a notice of course and hopefully will get in soon. Decided to go ahead and leave my job because the recruiter said he might need me to come to Little Rock on a short notice(like call me on a Wednesday and be there Sunday) and every time i called he'd ask " are you still employeed?". Sorry don't mean to highjack your post ---- keep us posted and again be safe.

 

Oh yeah, if i ever do get out again maybe we'll cross paths and i'll buy you a cup of coffee or something.

At the last minute i decided not to pull a reefer afterall. My brother who's been with Heartland for several years now reminded me about the long wait times and how under the new rules your day starts the 1st thing you do so the wait times would cut into your time for sure . He's doing great with dry van and that's what i'd always pulled before. Decided to try our Millis instead.
Nothing against maverick though they seemed like a top notch company . Good luck to you.
