The only reason I left Holland was because we moved out of their hiring area and they told me I would not get home too often. I am eligible to rehire if I do move back into their hiring areas.

A clean truck usually won't get red lighted by the scale master to have you come in for a chat. That thinking sure has worked for me over the years.

I DEFINITELY agree with your statement. He must be ONE SAD, MISERABLE driver to attack another driver's good habits.

Oh you're definitely a lot more apt to be inspected at a scale for a filthy and/or trashy truck. Besides the fact that it shows your pride as a human being.

I base a company on a lot of things. And the good remarks, experience now, retention of guys, lease operators success, etc.... Far outways anything you have said. As far as percentage of complaints to content drivers, it's a great company! Oh and I am not a "Denzil Lover' by any stretch of the imagination. I don't like ND as a whole. But, facts and experience are exactly that.

Just got off the phone with Denzil. Once I told him I was no longer interested in pursuing employment with Holland due to so much negative out there, he couldn't blow me off the phone quickly enough. Hmmmm, makes me wonder. Glad I changed my mind.
