PAM TRUCKING ESCROW - b.s.

Well,

I didn't do my research and low & behold.... Pam Trucking took my last check to cover their SCAM of an ESCROW ordeal. Yes, if you work for PAM TRUCKING you have to pay a $500 dollar escrow of $25.00 per week until filled. If you quit early, they will take the rest from your last check.

Glad I quit.... and for you future truckers thinking of starting out with Drivers Solutions / C1 Trucking / Pam Trucking .....

Best of luck. I am starting Orientation next week with a much better company.

For the Truck..... such as a deposit for the truck. If you don't stay the complete year you lose that escrow.
Just like renting a house and paying a deposit for damages.

Yet, there was no damages. But they took my complete check to finish covering the $500....

Just plain sorry.

 

I just got off phone with Dept of Labor.... They are first going to try and get PAM to issue me a check for minimum wages for a week. If they don't comply.... They will launch an investigation into their practice toward this ESCROW....

Also DOL rep said PAM should not be charging for something that they are liable as the company owner. If I understood correctly; As a company driver we should not have to pay or be charged an ESCROW.... Things that make me go Hmmmmm....

I will keep everyone posted of the outcome.

Hahahah.....

DOL rep just called me and said that they agreed to send me my check for minimum wage for a full week.....

I swear... if that is not proof that they know they are doing wrong. I don't know what is...

Be warned if you are signing up through Drivers Solutions and C1 Truck Driving School....
