Is Prime a good company to work for ?

Excuse me???? "Prime" wants what???

I ran for three years as a company driver at Prime, and outside of the program being mentioned during orientation not once did anyone talk to me about truck leases.

 

They would not take me over a misdemeanor assault, Schneider did. I think it's ironic you can have an old DUI and drive a rig but not an assault charge. They would have really messed themselves if they knew how many people I killed in Iraq and Afghanistan over 4 deployments.

 

No they wouldn't. OTR trucking is rather stressful, and I know at least two drivers who were fired over minor things that grew into assault arrests. Sorry dude... you already have one against ya. Don't let it get out of hand.

 

If you are looking for hometime and pay you need to look regionalized. Don't expect big pay right out of the gate. I mean would you pay a brand new mechanic to work top dollar, no. Experience pays...

 

Does prime ise trippak for pay or another system

 

We scan our trips using TripPak, Transflow, in-cab Qualcomm, or a smart phone app.

 

Ok cool beans is the app andriod compatable and isnit user friendly

 

Hope you're not fat they won't hire ya and ya can't gain weight either once you get there either.
