Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Headed to Calexico ......609 mile plus 3 extra pick up's...$105

 

woohoo, I guess freight is moving well out of el paso -- I wound up with a 1500 mile run that picked up before my original scheduled drop time. Will put me at 2700+ for the week (despite being broken down 3 days).

 

Almost in kc gonna be cutting really close like within 2 mins lol

 

allready got the go ahead from recruiting i can start orientation when i want too. Does any of you know how the mid south regional drivers are doing and how often are they getting home. Recruiter told me i can be home every week if i wanted.

 

well made 711 miles today all the way to KC!!! now they tell me i cant board into my break is over cuz i only had 6mins left lol. i knew that would happen so yea its sleepy time now.

 

Well I'm no longer employed by con-way. In kc the truck kept shutting off had hell time moving. Got to Joplin and quit. Wish u all best luck

 

Good luck with your future endeavors Pete. I feel for you regarding breakdowns -- I'm sitting on the shoulder of an onramp doing a forced parked regen after dpf light came on, started flashing, & started chiming all in the course of 8 miles (this just 4 days after getting it back from dealer where they replaced regen injector & performed a parked regen of their own).

 

Sure sounds like everyone on here is having mechanical issues with there trucks. Im starting with Conway is about a month. Hope I dont end up with Pete's old truck lol.

 

I think its pretty easy to get home regionally. Thats what I am plannng to do but the guys I know that do and myself live close to Joplin so that probably helps a lot.

 

i live about 100 miles away in kansas on 169 and 54 intersection Iola KS about 70 miles north of coffeyville, ks home of amazon. Also you do get to take truck home right?
