    How do I start a 401K???

    or is this something u must do during there 1month yearly enrollment time??

    Yep, got to do it during the benefits enrollment time, but you can always call to see if they might take you in now.

    Well that's dumb I should be able to start saving my money when I plz I didnt get there garbage medical those are way over priced I'm paying $166 a month with way more than.they offer.

    but thx anyways is it a hassle to move from 1 job to the next I've never did 401k and not sure how it works I will be be moving on soon 6months

    Then open a roth ira with Vanguard. Swift does a company match on their 401k so it's not realistic to expect enrollment on demand.
