    We have more oil than the rest of the oil so we need higher prices

    i kinda hope we do! that way some of these rate cutters will disapear like last time. the only problem is there is two others to take the place of one!

    it's cheaper for these oil companies to buy from overseas than to extract our own oil and process it. they make more profit less overhead. until the goberment stays out of it, it will always be this way

    Years ago when I lived in Texas, they would send the oil from the wells out of the country because of the price caps. They were not capped when sent out of the country. So, they would then import the same amount of oil that they exported. Then they could roll the price off to the consumer.
