Can you blame him? He probably had to endure his early years riding in crappy cars. "Whitehead" years are your glory years. Live it up.

We were in Tuscaloosa one Easter Sunday and there was a little car that had gone over the wire guard catcher in the median and hit a Ford Explorer headon killing the driver; heard the driver of the car died later on. There was a wide median between the east and west road too; don't know how far the car traveled or how fast it was going when it happened.

A #### Southwest airplane could crash out of the #### sky.Once they find a passanger thats a trucker with a CDL in his wallet, they will blame a TRUCK DRIVER...

cowboy_tech Thanks this. -
I agree truck drivers make mistakes, but when a car runs into you that is not the fault of the truck driver or the trailer. Flippin' government thinks they can save every stupid person from themselves!! I can understand if the tail or brake lights were not working, the driver would be at fault, but other than that the idiot in the 4-wheeler was following way too close.
End-dumps are not required and don't have the ICC bars, but a car could not really run under them. They would impact the rear axle. -
I can see somebody getting a ticket for their tail or brake lights not working but being liable if somebody rear-ends them even if they werent working. A driver is supposed to have their vehicle under control at all times and is the only one responsible if they crash into anything whether it has working lights or not.
