Combined Transport Heavy Haul...the adventure begins...

what happened Cowboy....where are you??

 

In Pocotello ID waiting on the transformer to get tested and then on to OH. They told us yesterday 4 hrs so we didnt go anywhere...still is not done this morning could have went to hot springs and fishing yesterday...too windy today to fish today. . We are sitting in a TRANSFORMER service place here back in the parking lot. My van is parked close to the truck...I have CERTIFIED ESCORT on the side of the van with the PHONE NUMBER of our cell phone...at 3AM we are woke up by the local BARNEY wanting to know who's van that is....then proceeded to ask Bo for his DL and med card....AT 3 AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Runs his DL and then says "have a good night" and leaves...now you have to picture this...we are in the parking lot OVERSIZE signs on both ends of truck...a transformer sitting in the trailer ALL the probes are attached for testing and there is a forklift up against the tranformer...WHAT IDIOT cant tell we are having something done to the transformer!! WTH do you wake us up for in the middle of the night worried about an escort vehicle???????????????????? I am sure he ran the tag of the van and looked inside with his spotlight. Oh and he did not wake the other Combined driver up who has all the parts to the transformer on his trailer...Can you tell I HATE to be woke up that time of morning?? Never got back to sleep either!!

 

you be safe too bb8at. Lots of people want the 9's and up...I just wish they would buy a few 12's...I feel like we would move up if one came available...but who knows.
