covenant and premier

When I was at school we had a rep from Covenant come. He seemed real, if you will. His pitch appeared straight-forward, and answered questions without a lot of flower. I have seen their equipment on the road near here, and it is always clean looking and modern. Although you will find complaints about everyone ... You don't see to many for Covenant, comparatively.

Had I had the opportunity to do OTR, I would have definitely considered them.

 

Check Premier Transportation website.. it said minimum 24 yrs old and drove 24 months within the last 5 yrs. Put your app. on one of those trucking jobs websites (like.. besttruckingjobs.com) and then you could see how many offers you get, then google the companies to see which would fit you best.

 

covenant had great equipment and treated me fair, but they are very team-oriented. Pay was good while teaming, substandard while solo. Great miles either way.

 

7 months with a trainer for covenant? Don't like the idea at all. I am about to graduate in a month and was considering them but I just saw that on their website and I am not happy.

 

Tonakis it's not 7 months with a trainer at Covenant. It's about 5-6 weeks. You will then team for about 90 days then can do whatever you want. We've been here a few years and went thru the training program. Get a good trainer and you wont have any problems. Good luck!

call crete and give them a shot. you dont want anything to do with covenant. i live here (chattanooga) and id shovel crap before i drove for covenant or us xpress.
